Arrival/where to park information
This will be the first season that guests cannot park at the launch site. You must park at the Hidden Valley parking lot: 2200 River Rd, Tahoe City, CA 96145
Once you have parked at the launch site, you need to wait for the Truckee shuttle.
ALL RAFTERS must report to our Hidden Valley parking lot at 2200 River Rd.
Once you have parked we will check you in and have you sign your paperwork (or we’ll simply collect your paperwork, because you were ahead of the game and you printed and signed our WAIVER at home). We will then put you on a shuttle to the launch site and we will of course be adhering to social distancing guidelines. After your trip, a shuttle will be waiting at the River Ranch Lodge to return you to your vehicle. Again, there will be NO PARKING AT THE LAUNCH SITE (185 River Rd.)

Safety Measures
Due to Covid-19 we’ve adopted the following protocols for the 2020 summer recreation season:
- We have reduced our capacity by 50%
- Our Staff will be masked.
- Our equipment is sanitized between and before every trip.
- Sanitizer will be available at kiosks and on buses.
- Buses will be running at 50% capacity as well.
- Seats staggered with an empty row between guests.
